About Our Monthly Membership Plans
Just like a gym membership, our plan is all about use-it-or-lose-it. That means if you don’t come in for your covered visits in a given month, those visits won’t carry over to the next month. Your card will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Super convenient, right?
To keep it simple to track, the # of visits will be divided equally between family members (e.g. 8x/mo between 4 family members means a max of 2 visits per individual).
Thinking of making a change to your membership? No worries! Just make sure to let us know in writing at least 5 business days before the end of the month. This gives us enough time to make the adjustments on our end. (“In writing” can even be by email or text, ‘cause life should be easy!)
Just a heads-up: there are no refunds for unused care. So make sure to swing by and take full advantage of your membership benefits. After all, we’re here to help you feel your best!
