- Send YOU a $10 GIFT CARD and
- Send $10 to the CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE
And for an additional $5 to your favorite charity, you can leave us a Google review if you haven’t already:
*The referral does NOT have to end up receiving treatment to qualify for the donation/gift card, and you do not have to be an existing patient to participate.
